  1. Perfection!

Posted by Unknown on August 26, 2016

I've been using cloth napkins since the mid-90s (when I was single and a dinner party queen). I have purchased them from every source under the sun -- from local boutiques in San Francisco to major retailers like W-S, C&B, SLT... These napkins have stood up to those and bested them all! The colors and patterns from the Hens are original and lively. The linens themselves are great quality, hold up beautifully in the wash and don't show stains (I now have 2 boys - so these napkins see a lot of jelly and spaghetti sauce). They maintain their shape after washing/drying, too (unlike many of the pricey big-name brands, which come out wonky and no longer square). The edges don't curl up, and even if I forget and leave them in the dryer overnight, a quick and hearty shake and the wrinkles are largely gone (I smooth them down before putting them away and they are tidy enough for company). I am back today to purchase more, and can't imagine I'll get them from anywhere else in the future. I use cloth napkins with every meal, and the Hens will always grace my table!

The Skinny

Our linens are made of soft and inviting 100% cotton. We use color-fast dyes that allow you the ease of machine-washing and drying. To extend the life of your linens, we recommend washing in cold water and drying on low heat. The fabric will soften with age, but its shape for many years of gracious living. We should all be so lucky.
